Synopsis
Under the blazing summer sun, the drone of cicadas echoes around a school building. A young girl is seen bent over, her back turned toward you, until she senses your presence, straightens up, and begins to speak. She admits that she has been anticipating this moment ever since that particular summer. As she expresses her feelings, recollections from that past summer gradually emerge. The narrative explores the struggle of longing to meet someone you are not meant to see. This original short piece is crafted for VR experiences. The theme song, "Having Summer Again," is performed by the up-and-coming three-member band Kerakera (Universal Music Japan).
