Synopsis
In this narrated film, a group of tadpoles go on a journey filled with adventures and misadventures as they search for their mother. The movie is one of Te Wei's early attempts to break away from Western animation styles, instead using a painterly technique inspired by Qi Baishi that better reflects traditional Chinese artistic styles.
