Synopsis
Shougo Yahagi is a young man obsessed with motorcycles, living in a world filled with fast bikes, hard rock music, and J-pop idols. The general population lives peacefully under the supervision of a computer program disguised as the pop idol Eve, though they remain unaware of this. Shougo's main concerns are riding his bike and pursuing attractive women like Yui Takanaka, who dreams of becoming a dancer. Shougo's life takes a drastic turn when his friend Shinji Nakagawa reveals a top-secret project: the Garland, an advanced motorcycle that can transform into a robot. After being ambushed by the military, Shougo steals the Garland and flees into the city. With help from Yui and her friends, he evades the military and slowly uncovers the truth that their peaceful society is merely an illusion.
