Synopsis
Inspired by the distinctive Japanese folklore concept of Red Uncleanness, or blood-related defilement, this work follows a girl whose thoughts leap unpredictably without logical progression. She confines her scattered ideas within the other side of a mirror and inside sliding doors, allowing them to venture outward. This is a first-year production from 2012 by Yumi Kawai, created at the Tokyo University of the Arts, Graduate School of Film and New Media, Department of Animation.
