This anime centers on Kazama Mana, the protagonist of Yakin Byoto 2. She works as an intern nurse at a sanatorium. Mana admires Nightingale and aspires to become an angel in white like her. However, Mizukawa Wataru, a patient with little time left, tells her that there is no angel and starts involving her in a sexual game.
