Synopsis
Hikari is a schoolgirl who aspires to become a rhythmic gymnastics champion like her idol Diliana Gueorguiva. She faces many difficulties in her performances but persists through hard work, and with the guidance of Takaaki Oiishi—the top male gymnast at her school—she earns a spot on the school's rhythmic gymnastics team. Hikari develops romantic feelings for Oiishi, but she is not alone in that; Hazuki Shiina, the school's finest gymnast, also harbors affections for him. A bond of friendship forms between Hikari and Shiina, yet it is accompanied by a rivalry both in gymnastics and for Oiishi's heart. Meanwhile, Hikari finds herself conflicted between her feelings for Oiishi and those for Mao Natsukawa, a childhood friend who is the lead singer of the band Mr. D. He creates the music for her routines and has loved her since they were children.
