Synopsis
"Ao-chan Can't Study!" follows Ao Horie, a high school student who is determined to focus on her academics to escape the shadow of her father, a notorious erotic novelist. As a child, she proudly explained the origin of her name, but now she just wants to avoid his influence. Her resolve is tested when Takumi Kijima, a nice guy, confesses his feelings to her. Instead of seeing his pure intentions, Ao’s mind is flooded with inappropriate thoughts, imagining moans and physical sensations. Misinterpreting his kindness as something else, she struggles to reject his advances while trying to concentrate on her schoolwork, finding it nearly impossible to study with such distractions.
