Dr. Kazuki finds a relation between recent chaotic incidents on earth and the awakening of ancient race of aliens named Izawarians. So he builds a robot based on the science of magnetism and sphere joint theory named Ga-keen. The pilots undergo a dangerous augmentation process and change into Magnetman Plus and Magnetman Minus, making them ready to perform sweet cross, and locking their joint bodies in Ga-keen. Giving it an enough energy to fight over synthetic beasts made by Izawarians.
