Synopsis
This anime serves as a promotional piece for Shiga Prefecture. The central figure is a superhero called Shigutsman, a name formed from "Shiga," "guts," and "man." Shigutsman resides in Shiga Prefecture alongside other superheroes. Because of the extreme peacefulness, these heroes frequently have very little to occupy their time, usually just attending meetings at the neighborhood community center.
