Synopsis
The seasons have changed, and the second spring is approaching. Tatsuya, the underachieving older brother, and Miyuki, the model student younger sister, have completed their first year at their magic high school and are spending their spring break. They visit their villa in the Ogasawara Island archipelago. Just as they begin to enjoy a brief moment of peace, a lone girl named Kokoa appears before them. Having fled from the Naval base, she shares her single wish with Tatsuya. Note: This film is set between parts A and B of the 11th episode of "The Irregular at Magic High School: Visitor Arc."
