Synopsis
In the not-too-distant future, robotic technology evolves to the stage of becoming self-aware. With the 'Black King' at their head, these machines wipe out the majority of humanity and seize control of the globe. Those who endure the initial catastrophe are doomed to a lifetime of servitude. Yet amid these struggles, a solitary champion emerges as mankind's deliverer. That champion is Casshan—a hybrid of human and machine, resolute in his mission to battle the Black King and his legions without pause.
