Synopsis
A Sanrio production that blends the sensibilities of an anime art film with those of a Warner Bros. cartoon, this piece showcases highly inventive visuals, a groovy 1970s jazz soundtrack, and minimal spoken dialogue. The narrative follows a dog named Joe, who falls in love with a rose and defends it from a malicious crow. The animation features energetic, Fritz Freleng-inspired action sequences.
