Synopsis
In the story "Zhangda Weiba De Tuzi," a young white rabbit is mocked for having a short, tiny tail and decides to fasten a long tail onto itself. While frolicking in the forest one day, the rabbit meets a fox that begins to give chase. The attached long tail slows the rabbit, keeping it from fleeing the fox. Only after the rabbit sheds its long tail does it succeed in escaping the peril.
