Synopsis
Located two hours from Tokyo, Kiyosato Hospital is where Shuji is assigned after finishing medical school. He is haunted by the fact that his father died during an operation there while Shuji was still in college, which is precisely why he became a doctor—to investigate the true cause of that death. Nearly a decade later, he finds himself hitting many dead ends. Upon arriving at Kiyosato, he discovers that Dr. Takao, the surgeon who operated on his father, is now the hospital’s assistant director. That same day, he also spots Misako, his girlfriend from the time of his father’s death. However, Shuji soon learns that Misako is now married to Dr. Takao under dubious circumstances. This drives Shuji to investigate Dr. Takao and reclaim Misako by any means necessary.
