Synopsis

Nobody wants "Grubby Forager" Rudd on their adventuring team. His nickname—and his odor—stem from his constant expeditions into the Noxious Labyrinth to collect medicinal herbs, a duty he endures only due to his status immunity skill. When he finally gets hired as a party porter, things seem to improve... until a deadly dungeon monster appears and his false comrades use him as bait before deserting him! Injured, broke, and barely surviving the encounter, Rudd breaks a forbidden rule to stay alive: consuming monsters. Yet the more he eats, the stronger he becomes, launching a thrilling, adventurous gourmet fantasy!
