Produced with legal oversight as a two-disc OVA, this series serves as a manual for averting workplace scandals. It examines how such scandals originate and the appropriate actions supervisors must take. The first disc covers issues including voyeuristic behavior—such as taking up-skirt photos of schoolgirls—stalking, drunk driving, and drug abuse. The second disc addresses topics like embezzlement, theft of intellectual property, and maternity harassment—including bias against employees who are pregnant or considering pregnancy. Certain topics are presented with two scenarios, differentiating between intentional acts, such as selling corporate secrets, and accidental mistakes, such as forgetting a USB drive containing sensitive information on public transportation.
