The God of High School
THE GOD OF HIGH SCHOOL ゴッド・オブ・ハイスクール
Synopsis
In "The God of High School," a tournament is held to determine the strongest fighter among South Korea's high school students, with no restrictions on fighting styles, weapons, or techniques. The winner receives a single wish as their prize. Jin Mo-Ri, a taekwondo practitioner, is chosen to take part. Throughout the competition, he forms connections with fellow contestants Han Dae-Wi, a karate specialist, and Yu Mi-Ra, a skilled swordsman. Each competitor has their own personal reasons for entering. Mo-Ri realizes that the fighters will come from diverse backgrounds, and the matches will push him harder than anything he has faced before. Rather than feeling afraid, this prospect excites him. Beneath the tournament's straightforward appearance as a test of martial skill, a hidden conspiracy lies. Political figure Park Mu-Jin watches the event with growing interest. As Mo-Ri, Dae-Wi, and Mi-Ra advance, they will discover the true stakes of competing for the title of God of High School.
