In the magical underwater realm, there exists a mysterious and charming location known as Hai Ying Bao, also called the Ocean Castle. When ordinary human girls Ling Haixin and Xia Fan encounter Na Xiya, the Princess of the Icy Blue City, they are transformed into magical fairies. Alongside Xiya, they work to safeguard both the human world and the sea world while aiding her in discovering who is causing the ocean's pollution.
