Synopsis
After the Kanto Hell Earthquake, survivors built a new settlement called Hope Town. This peaceful community turns into a nightmare when the biker gang known as Hell's Wind raids it, kidnapping the women while the remaining townsfolk can do nothing to stop them. Elsewhere, a boy named Subaro encounters Jun. Jun's lover was killed earlier, and the two team up to fight against Hell's Wind. The struggles grow increasingly harsh, but when Violence Jack appears, the citizens start to gain the advantage over Hell's Wind.
