Synopsis
Makabe Hiroshi, a boy with a passion for science and inventions, was set to move into an apartment owned by the parents of his childhood friend, Yoko. Despite rumors of a ghost haunting the room, he decided to move in due to its extremely low rent. After finishing his move and preparing for a party with Kotobuki, Yoko's older brother, scattered machine parts on the floor short-circuited and caused an explosion. The blast created a hole in the floor, where they discovered a strange jar. From the jar emerged a blonde snow fairy named Ruri. Thus, Hiroshi's unexpected cohabitation with the snow fairy Ruri began.
