Synopsis
Junior high student Futaba Yoshioka has always disliked boys, finding them too loud and bothersome. The sole exception is Kou Tanaka, a boy from the neighboring class who stands apart from the rest. Through repeated chance meetings, Futaba and Kou exchange shy glances and awkward conversations. Having no prior experience with romance, Futaba struggles to understand the nature of her growing feelings for him. During their second year of high school, Futaba and her friends attend a summer festival together. While the other girls choose not to wear yukatas, Yuuri Makita opts to wear one, determined to grow closer to Kou. Taken off guard, Futaba can only watch from a distance as Yuuri and Kou appear to become increasingly intimate. At this rate, will Futaba ever be able to make progress with Kou?
