Synopsis
Lonely and socially anxious, Hitori "Bocchi" Gotou spends her time practicing guitar, hoping to make friends and play in a band. One day, she meets the energetic drummer Nijika Ijichi, who asks her to join Kessoku Band after their guitarist, Ikuyo Kita, runs away before their debut show. Bocchi then meets the final member, the aloof bassist Ryou Yamada. Their first performance together is rough, but the girls feel encouraged by their common passion for music, and Kita soon returns. Finding joy in performing, Bocchi and her bandmates dedicate themselves to getting better while savoring their short high school years.
