Synopsis
Japanese confectionery firm Lotte launched a dedicated website to mark the 70th anniversary of its founding in 1948. The highlight of the commemorative site is a new animated musical short that features the song "Shinsekai" (New World) by the band Bump of Chicken. The short focuses on a scenario where a middle school boy meets a high school girl. They are joined by a diverse cast of characters who are all "spirits" of various Lotte snacks, including a male singing group representing Ghana chocolate bars and, naturally, koalas representing Koala March.
Background
