Synopsis
Inspired by the classic narrative from The Thousand and One Arabian Nights, this adventure unfolds over 1,200 years in the past. Its protagonist is the impish Sindbad, a curious and mischievous boy who one evening slips into the royal palace to observe acrobatic shows and discovers that a vast world exists beyond Baghdad. After learning about the journeys of his uncle, Captain Ali, Sindbad resolves to become a sailor and explore the globe. Leaving a message for his father, the young Sindbad embarks on Captain Ali's vessel—accompanied by a myna bird named Sheila—and begins the greatest voyage of his life.
