Synopsis
Tomoatsu Naoe works as a massage therapist, living a routine life until a strange client named Erufuda appears at his clinic. During her session, Naoe learns the truth: Erufuda is actually an elf from another world. After crossing over, she developed an addiction to junk food, which caused her to gain so much weight that she can no longer return home. Naoe agrees to help the elf slim down so she can go back to her world. Erufuda makes progress and reaches her target weight, but soon afterward Naoe finds her again—and she has put all the weight back on. As he continues guiding her, they start meeting other people from different worlds who share the same struggle: they all want to shed extra pounds.
