This fire safety educational film gathers the characters from Hana no Mahoutsukai Mary Bell to teach about the dangers of fires sparked by earthquakes and to advise children on what to do if they become trapped inside a building during such an emergency. This special was included in the 2009 re-release of the Hana no Mahoutsukai Mary Bell DVD-Box Set.
