Synopsis
Takumi Miyasaka shows up at Astro Lodge expecting to interview for a head chef position, only to find a dilapidated boarding house rather than an upscale restaurant. Despite his disappointment, he still showcases his culinary abilities, impressing the quirky residents. The most delighted among them is the lovely landlady, Mira Gotokuji, who adores his food. Meanwhile, Takumi develops feelings for Mira. He accepts the role of breakfast chef at Astro Lodge and settles into Room 5. Soon, Takumi picks up on oddities about Mira: she has no grasp of modern technology or Japanese cuisine. He also catches an unfamiliar voice coming from her room. What he remains unaware of is that Mira is an alien, having just arrived from another world with a crucial secret assignment.
