Synopsis
A short film shown exclusively at the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka. Mon Mon the water spider spends each day swimming up and down to the water's surface to collect air bubbles. One day, Mon Mon encounters a damsel water strider gliding effortlessly across the surface. Mon Mon falls in love. During lonely nights in the swamp, his thoughts are consumed by the water strider. Is there any possibility that his affection will be reciprocated?
