Synopsis
Deep-sea archeologist Hiroshi Ibuki is part of an excavation team working on the ocean floor, searching for clues to Earth's origins. Instead, they discover a strange colony of bacteria that emits light resembling the Aurora Borealis. When revived, these ancient bacteria try to reshape the world to suit their own survival—a transformation that would revert Earth to its primordial state, thereby wiping out all existing life.
