McDonald’s has collaborated with legendary animation studio Studio Pierrot to create the first official WcDonald’s anime. Four episodic shorts will immerse viewers in the flavorful world of WcDonald’s, where a story centered on the WcDonald’s Sauce and WcNuggets unfolds each week. The shorts pay homage to four major anime genres: Action, Romance, Mecha, and Fantasy. Episodes: 1) The Race to WcDonald’s: The WcDonald’s Sauce has finally arrived, marking the moment everyone has been eagerly awaiting. This announcement excites fans across the land, sparking an all-out, action-fueled race between two strangers to be the first to taste this long-awaited treat. Discover who emerges victorious in the race to WcDonald’s. 2) Love from Across the Booth: Our two protagonists realize that the WcDonald’s Sauce and WcNuggets aren’t the only perfect match. A single glance… and a single dip… that’s all it takes for romance to blossom. Kazuki and Shizuru must confront their emotions in the second installment of WcDonald’s. 3) WcNuggets Space Frontier 3000: At the Moon-Base WcDonald’s, a space monster suddenly disrupts the balance with a growing craving for WcNuggets. Assemble! The crew at Moon-Base WcDonald’s is ready for action, boarding the famous mecha WcDizer 3000. Can they protect the sauce from the Wakudon’s attack and turn the tide against this Class A monster? 4) The Wisdom of the Sauce: During the final week of the WcDonald’s Sauce, three friends gather to savor this occasion one last time, wishing this flavor would never have to disappear. That wish may just come true as they are transported to a distant, magical land, where they are tasked with seeking the wisdom of the sage Kenja and keeping the WcDonald’s Sauce. Will our heroes succeed in their quest?
