Synopsis
In the ongoing war between immortals and demons within the Cangyun realm, Xu Changqing grows up in Qinglian Sword Valley, dreaming of becoming a sword fairy. His ambition is crushed when the Ninth Demon General from Cangyue Palace attacks the valley, resulting in his grandfather's sacrifice. Kunlun Taibai Sword Immortal Qiu Wuya rescues Xu Changqing and Mu Zixun, taking them to Kunlun, where they face attempts by other immortals to seize the Qinglian Emperor Sword. Qiu Wuya defends them, and Xu Changqing awakens his celestial spirit, the Chaos Gathering Spirit Monument, becoming Qiu Wuya's disciple. After defeating Xia Qinghou in the Immortal Sword Competition and earning the title and entry into Kunlun's forbidden zone, Xu Changqing ventures into this dangerous territory in search of the fountain of immortality to revive his grandfather.
