Synopsis
Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland hit American theaters in 1992, but earlier during its development, many Studio Ghibli staff (Spirited Away, My Neighbour Totoro) were involved with the project. A test pilot was produced in 1984, followed by a third pilot directed by Osamu Dezaki in 1987—the very first one having been made by Sadao Tsukioka in the mid-1970s.
