Synopsis
Ga-young moves to an old town slated for demolition and encounters the Zipsin, the spirit of the house. At that time, the Zipsin has lost its position as the leader of the Zelkova tree group due to the redevelopment. Together, they set out to find the next leader. They eventually discover the new leader, a Cat, and learn of the impending death of the Zipsin, which corresponds to the demolition of the houses. To avoid this fate, the Zipsin locks the house while people are still inside. Meanwhile, Ga-young confronts a forgotten memory tied to the house. She comes to understand what the house means to her, and then returns to reality. However, resolving the conflict between the Zipsin and the people remains difficult.
