Synopsis

The anime "Hito Toki Kiryu Ashikaga" is designed to boost cultural tourism in Kiryu, Gunma Prefecture, and Ashikaga, Tochigi Prefecture. These neighboring cities, separated by only a 30-minute drive, share overlapping cultural traditions. Each episode focuses on a different season, exploring the lives of the people and the flow of time in both Kiryu and Ashikaga.
