Continues the story of Condom Battler Gorou
Gorou is a 24-year-old man who aspires to become the ultimate Condom Battler. He fights with a specialized 0.01 mm condom stored in a dispenser attached to his arm. When deployed, the condom inflates into a flexible red armor suit that Gorou puts on for combat. The suit also lets him generate attacks from a sticky substance resembling sperm. Other fighters, including Miku and Hayato, engage in duels using their own condoms. Despite the absurdity of the dialogue and confrontations, the show consistently inserts educational content about safe sex practices.

Five years and six months after Condom Battler Gorou ended, this sequel adopts a far more somber and realistic tone. Though it consists of short, digest-sized episodes, the story is built around the idea of a hypothetical 5–6 hour classic anime that was never made. The series explores what comes after the original Condom Battler Gorou, centering on the protagonist's battle with adult hardships and the letdown of losing their former spotlight. Every episode is split into two one-minute segments. The first segment drives home the message: "Feeling ashamed for using a condom is wrong." The second segment underscores the problem: "It's a problem if you cannot ask someone to 'Use a condom.'"
