Synopsis
Women's competitive cycling had been absent for years until the newly established Rinkai League brought the sport back, gaining attention with its initial races. This revival inspired numerous women across Japan to join the league, hoping to fulfill their ambitions of becoming professional athletes. Cycling fan Izumi Itou hesitates to commit her future to a racing competition, even with encouragement from friends. Everything changes when she learns that her grandmother was a former champion in women's cycling. The grandmother offers to coach Izumi, aiming to help her recognize her own potential. Although Izumi is inexperienced, the arrival of a fierce Swiss competitor intent on dominating the field pushes her to give everything on the track and, ultimately, to win.
