Synopsis
From childhood, Sara Iijima had a large bust, which made her feel self-conscious, especially because men constantly stared at her. This issue worsened when she was attacked by a rapist with a breast fixation, though she escaped physically unharmed. That event deepened her insecurities until Dr. Chang intervened, helping her feel good about herself again. Out of gratitude, Sara became his apprentice in the practice of psychic feedback. However, Dr. Sara's therapeutic method is quite different from Dr. Chang's. By swinging her large breasts in a circular motion, she puts her patients into a hypnotic trance. In that state, she learns what troubles them and offers appropriate solutions. A risk accompanies this technique: Sara often becomes vulnerable to her patients' sexual desires and must keep the situation under control. Sara does not work alone. She is regularly accompanied by Tamine, a man who cannot seem to find a woman no matter how hard he tries. Tamine is devoted to Sara—mostly because of her large breasts, which he gropes whenever possible—and helps her assist others in need.
