Synopsis
Based on the manga Flag! by Hotta Akio, which ran in Young King magazine from 1992 to 1995, this OVA portrays the chaotic everyday existence of three boys—Noboru, Akira, and Haruo—who take over the flag of the locally notorious fugitive group known as "Moonlight."
