BUCK-TICK teamed up with the HAL College of Technology and Design for a music video project, backed by Victor Entertainment. Student groups each picked a song from BUCK-TICK's "No. 0" album, released in March of the prior year, to create an animated video. The three winning entries were uploaded to Victor Entertainment's official YouTube channel, featuring the tracks "Babel," "Guernica no Yoru," and "Hikari no Teikoku." A ten-minute compilation of additional student work was posted on HAL's official YouTube channel. The music videos were helmed by Yuuichirou Iwaki, a HAL graduate and the president of Speed Inc.
