Synopsis
Directed by Takuya Inaba, the Ishinomori Manga Museum produced an animated short inspired by Shotaro Ishinomori's semi-autobiographical, wordless manga "Jun: Shotaro no Fantasy World." This project honors Ishinomori's hometown of Ishinomaki and its importance to his work, while also acknowledging the city's ongoing rebuilding and recovery following the devastating Tohoku earthquake and tsunami in March 2011.
