Cyborg 009 and the Monster Wars

Synopsis

Having escaped from Black Ghost, the cyborgs who once fought against the evil organization are now living peaceful lives across the world. But when a strange dinosaur-like monster begins using sound waves to attack people and cities, Dr. Isaac Gilmore suspects Black Ghost is responsible and promptly works to reassemble the cyborgs. Leading the team is the charismatic Joe Shimamura, also called Cyborg 009, and joining the new effort is the enigmatic Helena, who says the monster's attacks left her orphaned. Using Dolphin—their submersible aircraft equipped with anti-ultrasound weapons and countermeasures—the cyborgs depart to track down the monster and Black Ghost's new hideout.
