Growing up in the mid-1800s along the Mississippi River, young Tom Sawyer spends his days skipping school, fishing, climbing trees, and seeking thrills with his best friend, Huckleberry Finn.

Nils Holgersson lives on a farm and mistreats the animals. After he captures the farm's tiny goblin, he goes too far. Nils is magically reduced in size, and now the animals want revenge. He escapes by riding on the goose Morten, and they join a flock of wild geese. They travel across Sweden as Nils searches for a way to return to his normal size.

Lalabel, a magical girl, comes to the Human world to stop an evil wizard from stealing various magical objects or items. As is typical for a magical girl, she has a kitty companion and a magic wand. By chance, she lands on the doorstep of the Tachibana couple and moves in with them during her time in the human world. She enrolls at the local school and starts learning about the many aspects of the human world.

Guided by Berylune and accompanied by various spirits and their pets, who have taken humanoid forms, the siblings embark on a quest to find the blue bird of happiness to cure their mother. During their travels, they explore strange and wondrous lands, ultimately confronting the spirit of darkness to achieve their elusive goal.

He is a courageous explorer and a champion at fishing, though he can also be impulsive. Together, they embark on wonderful and mysterious adventures day after day. While on a space walk, they ride a swan from the swan constellation and construct a small house alongside aliens in outer space. They can accomplish everything that children wish for and dream about. This warm animated series featuring the adorable twins is sure to bring wonderful dreams, sibling affection, and hope for the future to children everywhere.
