The City Hunter organization, known by the call sign XYZ, is a notorious group of contractors. They accept any job, no matter what, and work to cleanse the streets of Tokyo from criminals. The central figure of City Hunter is Ryou Saeba, who wields his dependable Colt Python with unmatched precision and teams up with the strong-willed, tomboyish Kaori Makimura. The duo confronts difficult cases and faces the many perils of their profession directly. But when Ryou is not busy taking down crooks and villains, he enjoys pursuing attractive women, kept in line only by Kaori and her enormous hammer. From small-time pickpockets and illegal arms dealers to powerful crime syndicates, nothing can stop Ryou Saeba once he sets his sights on his next objective.

Kyousuke Kasuga is accustomed to the life of a transfer student. Although he is only in his third year of middle school, he has spent his entire childhood evading people who uncover his family’s supernatural abilities, forcing him to attend seven different schools. After catching a beautiful girl’s hat, he feels hopeful that his family has finally settled in one place for good. However, his new school life proves different than expected. The elegant girl he met is actually Madoka Ayukawa, also known as "Madoka the Pick," a delinquent famous for smoking, drinking, and fighting. Her best friend is Hikaru Hiyama, an energetic first-year student who quickly develops feelings for Kyousuke. Caught between these two girls, Kyousuke attempts to navigate a complicated romantic triangle while managing the chaos caused by his family’s paranormal powers.

Following the defeat of Raoh by Kenshiro, a new threat emerges in the form of the Gentou Kouken warriors. Falco, the successor to the Gentou Kouken, serves the malevolent ruler Jacko, who asserts he was chosen by the Tentei and commands his followers to seize all living beings to construct his Imperial Capital. Kenshiro emerges from the shadows once more to halt this tyranny. During the ensuing chaos, Lynn is abducted and transported to the land of the Shura, a region inhabited solely by merciless fighters. To survive and rescue Lynn, Kenshiro must track down her captor and overcome the three Rasho of the land.

In 2387 on the planet Maris, the Nozas begin a genocidal campaign against humanity to use the planet for laying eggs and reproduction. Three mysterious weapons called the "Zillion Weapon System" appear, and three teenagers—JJ, Champ, and Apple—are chosen as the White Knights to wield them and resist the Nozas.

Kishimoto Kasumi, a fifteen-year-old girl, was supposed to stay at her aunt's house starting in April so she could attend high school. But when she arrived, she was shocked to discover that four new male students were already living in the same house. To make things worse, that very day while she was taking a bath, Takasugi Yusaku, one of those boys, walked in and saw her naked. That's how Kasumi's troublesome high school life began.

Mami Sakura was once an ordinary junior high school student, but she unexpectedly gained supernatural abilities. With these powers and the assistance of her close friend Mr. Takahata, she resolves strange incidents. Whenever she senses that someone is in need, she employs the "Teleportation Gun" to instantly move to their location. There, she uses her psychic abilities, including telekinesis and telepathy, to save a world in trouble.

Ultra B (UB) is a small child from outer space who wears red sunglasses and has a star-shaped mole on his left cheek. It all started when UB's spaceship made an emergency landing in the forest. Lost and alone, he was discovered by a young schoolboy named Michio. Taking pity on him, Michio brought UB home for shelter, only to realize that UB is no ordinary child—he has supernatural powers! Grateful, UB tries to use his special abilities to help Michio when he is in trouble, but it doesn't always go well. Especially when UB sees a scary black cat, he loses control, and then...

Life on the farm is unusually zany. You won't find a turtle with a television built into his shell anywhere else, nor a lion without any hair, an elephant that uses its trunk as a garden hose, or a blow-up octopus. And they are all managed by a kind-hearted ox called Olly.

Peter the salary man leads an extremely unhealthy existence: he starves himself and then overeats until he becomes ill, or he lounges around the house until he is nagged into exercising, at which point he always pulls a muscle.

This series presents short animated adaptations of classic Japanese folk tales, featuring stories such as Taro Maegami, The Riceball Family, The Master of Catching Stars, Thunder is the Bridegroom, and The Elephant's Sneeze. These segments were broadcast as part of the children's variety program Tondeke Gutchonpa.
