Born and raised in a rural town by a family of hitman, Tamamano Chiharu has spent the two years since graduating high school living a quiet, modest life as naturally a hitman herself. No dreams, no boyfriend, and still living with parents; her days are mostly “work” and spending time in the local shopping mall. But her peaceful countryside routine is suddenly shattered when her mother announces, *“I’ve found a new man,”* and orders Chiharu to move to Tokyo. Thrown from her calm, comfortable rural life into the overwhelming big city, Chiharu must face unfamiliar challenges at every turn.
