Allie is astonished to find her whole room flooded. Her bed is like a giant sponge absorbing water leaking from the ceiling! She immediately calls her upstairs neighbor, a man she's never seen in person. Nathan, the neighbor, is confused by the swampy mess in his kitchen and knows it must be his father's fault. His father has done nothing but meddle in his son's life ever since his wife died. But Nathan forgets all about his father as soon as he takes one look at the pretty downstairs neighbor who knocks on his door.
