Natsuka Asakawa is a 37-year-old businessman who works for a rogue company that exploits its workers and has long been forced to work each and everyday, unable to get any days off. In the midst of that, Natsuka's friend takes him to a girl's bar where he suddenly collapses and dies from overwork. Immediately after he dies, Heaven tells him, "There's no room here" while Hell declares, "You haven't done enough evil deeds to come here." Stuck in limbo, Natsuka curses and screams, "My life was mediocre because I wanted to be born as a beautiful girl!" What he doesn't realize is, because of that, he would now be reincarnated into a form he never could have imagined... He awakens and discovers he had been reborn into a beautiful female pop idol and is sitting backstage in a small music club! And of course, his mind remains that of an almost-forty man. Despite the confusion from the changes in his body, and the generation gap between him and the other members of his group, he makes good use of the worldly knowledge he fostered from being a corporate slave, and sets his sights on leading the group forward and taking the world of pop idols by storm!
