First-year class president Otogi Katsura takes pride in portraying herself as a pure and graceful girl. From a young age, she has understood what people anticipate from someone as beautiful as her, and she unfailingly preserves this virtuous image. The only individual who can rival Katsura in both appearance and allure is her vice president, Toki Ninomae. Moreover, his polished manners make him the perfect counterpart to her as the school's madonna—at least in her view. Though it seems impossible to verify, Katsura is certain that Ninomae also hides behind a mask like she does. Her conviction is proven right when she inadvertently reveals her sharp-tongued side, and, emboldened by her audacity, Ninomae likewise drops his act to expose his blunt and cool demeanor. From that point on, Katsura and Ninomae begin to discard their false angel disguises and let their guards down around each other, unaware of how effortlessly love can bloom.
