Until his world takes a complete about-face when a mysterious person called "the World Doctor" appears in his dream, points to Jiro and tells him, "You're a disease that's ruining the world!" Meanwhile in the real world, a mysterious and beautiful girl named Yumiri Amagami has just transferred into his school.
