In the coastal town of Izu, surrounded by ocean and sunlight, Iori Kitahara starts his first year at Izu University. Moving into his uncle's dive shop, Grand Blue, he dreams of an ideal college life with beautiful girls and great friends. However, his plans quickly unravel. Upon arrival, he finds a group of loud, naked upperclassmen who pressure him into joining their drinking games. Initially reluctant, Iori soon dives in and becomes the life of the party. This backfires when his cousin, Chisa Kotegawa, walks in at the worst possible moment and looks down on him. Despite this, Iori remains determined to achieve his perfect college experience—but will things go his way, or will his situation take another plunge?
