Ageha Yoshina is a self-assured high school student who takes on paid tasks to help people. The following day, Ageha notices that his classmate Sakurako Amamiya has the exact same calling card. When he confronts her about it, she pleads with him to rescue her, marking the beginning of his ordeal. Confused by the situation, Ageha senses trouble when Sakurako vanishes. However, the only ones who believe his stories are a group of orphans he has befriended. After one of the orphans is turned into a monster, Taki tracks down the creature responsible and tries to fight it in a homemade costume, proclaiming himself a new Kamen Rider. He performs poorly and is nearly killed. At that moment, Takeshi Hongo—the original Kamen Rider—arrives to save him. Together, Hongo and a newly inspired Taki manage to defeat the creatures. Afterward, Hongo tells Taki that a new threat is emerging to endanger humanity and asks for his assistance, then departs to find more allies: the eight other Kamen Riders he once fought alongside. Taki continues his Interpol duties while also helping Hongo in his search.
